The weather this fall has been spectacular for golfing. The golf courses have been in great shape and hopefully we get a nice mild winter for golf on Cape Cod.
Otherwise, the winter is a great time to work on swing technique and a golf fitness training program. I am happy to announce Donnellan Golf has teamed up with Fitness 500 Club in Hyannis, and will be offering a golf swing oriented training program designed to create powerful and balanced golf swings. There will be plenty of discussion about golf swing technique and how it relates to your golf swing and your body type.
The excercises are a little bit ‘East meets West’ and combine qi gong movements with weights and traditional strengthening programs. The total golf fitness program improves coordination of your golf brain and your golf body. My focus is on helping golfers create good, strong, confident golf swings.
Personal swing instruction is available on a group or individual basis. Free introductory classes are scheduled Thursday, December 15 from 8:00am- 9:00am and Saturday, December 17th from 9:30-10:30am. Max 8 people, first come first served.
