Do you have fundamental control?

The main philosophy promoted in all of our player development programs is the fact the golf swing is a fast and athletic motion lasting approximately one second in time. Therefore, understanding and adhering to the fundamentals is absolutely necessary.

Master the 7 Shots

  • The driver swing is golf’s fastest swing of them all.

    Pros~110 mph + Men~70-120mph Women~ 40-90mph

  • It is important to be able to confidently hit long shots from fairway, rough, and sand with hybrids and 3,5,7,9 woods

  • Playing solid iron shots is essential for lowering scores

  • Getting out of the sand is easier than most golfers believe. Confident and capable bunker play helps a player lower their score.

  • Golfers need to be able to control short distance shots by controlling the speed of the ball to a range of 5-25 mph. Chipping the ball with a short swing and proper technique lowers a golfers score.

  • Pitching shots are fun short lofted shots with ball speeds from 25-60mph. Pitch shots are most often executed with sand wedges, pitching wedges, gab wedges and lob wedges. Short game pitches range from 25-75 yards.

  • The game within the game is a fun shot that involves controlling the speed a golf ball rolls on the putting green as well as a keen understanding of how to aim the club so the ball rolls where it is supposed to roll. Most putting ball speeds fall in a range between 2-12mph.
